Shipping deets and time frames

All parcels are shipped same day or next business day via Australia Post Express, because we know you like things to arrive speedily! We ship in compostable mailers as part of our commitment to reducing plastic in our supply chain, and the production and delivery of each and every Charm Offensive product is carbon offset via Greenfleet Australia. 

We're generally [we think] a pretty onto it bunch, but in the event we do fuck something up, we'll do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible- we're definitely invested in you having a good experience! Just hit us up at charmoffensivetees@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help you out.

If you have supplied the incorrect delivery address during checkout and your parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange a freshie, although please note, the cost of redelivery due to customer error will need to be worn by you. #soz.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking numbers issued, it's out of our hands-any ensuing beef will need to be raised with Australia Post.

Do you offer click and collect?
Nah, sorry! It's all stored externally with our lovely warehouse peeps so we don't have stock on hand to fulfil orders for click and collect (even if you're local).
